To ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all clients, please review our booking policy: Scheduling an Appointment Appointments can be scheduled through our website at tabetharussellnotary.com, by calling us at 804-584-9582, or by emailing info@tabetharussellnotary.com. Payment Policy Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment platforms. Travel Fees Additional travel fees apply for mobile notary services and are disclosed during booking. Cancellation and Rescheduling Appointments canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. Clients may reschedule their appointment at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 12 hours in advance. Client Responsibilities All documents must be fully prepared and ready to complete for notarization at the time of the appointment. Notaries cannot provide legal advice or assist in completing documents. Identification A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all signers. Ensure that all parties to the document are present at the scheduled time. No-Show Policy If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply, and prepayments for Remote Online Notarization services are non-refundable.
